Mayor Jane Castor unveiled a mural of Alfred "Al" Barnes Jr. who was a educator, mentor, coach and family man to many in the community. The mural is the first installment of the Art On The Project which is an initiative by Mayor Jane Castor that is envisioned to bring various art forms and artists into the neighborhoods. The mural was painted by brothers Tony and Junior Moore.
