Breaking Barre's certified instructors provide an energetic, low-pressure environment where people of all skill levels can burn fat, build lean muscle, strengthen joints, and improve flexibility and balance! All fitness levels, from beginners to advanced, are welcome and accommodated. No previous experience necessary! Each barre class incorporates a fusion of safe, low-impact, high-intensity movements, functional strength, and cardio set to fun music in a supportive community. Please note that we are closed from 1 PM to 4 PM daily.
