The spaces are kept clean and fresh air circulates throughout, ensuring a pleasant experience. The teacher is there to serve and provide support. They will offer clear, safe, and kind instructions, adapting the class to meet the needs of those in attendance. The teacher will guide the students through their practice, including their breathing. The controlled breathing, known as pranayama, is the foundation of the practice. After the physical practice, the teacher will always allocate at least five minutes for final relaxation and meditation.
