Buckhorn Springs is the Brandon/Valrico area's oldest private golf and country club. Buckhorn Springs Golf & Country Club, which was founded in 1965 and opened for play in 1968, has picturesque vistas, natural springs, and the highest elevation in Hillsborough County. This private country club is well-known for its difficult greens, inviting environment, interesting social activities, and the greatest "green tee" game in the Tampa Bay region.
