The Downey Dog Area includes shoreline access to the pond as well as strong walls to keep any dogs in the park contained. Depending on the amount of traffic, the Downey Dog Park is made up of a mix of dirt and grass. The earth might soon turn to muck when the dogs emerge from the pond.
